USAGE:
(1.) Русским словосочетаниям "иметь (не иметь) значение, быть важным (не важным)" в английском языке соответствуют обороты to be of (no) importance: I did not know it was of such importance я не знал, что это так важно. Существительное importance усиливается прилагательными great, highest, little: we attached little importance to his words мы не придали его словам большого значения. Русское предложение "это не важно" также может быть передано глагол to matter или словосочетанием to make difference: If doesn't matter. It makes no difference. (2.) See easy, adj; USAGE (1.). (3.)
